Domestication question.

Postby SpandexBandit » Thu May 12, 2016 2:01 pm

I've just began domesticating animals with my first successful sheep. I've now brought two aurochs back to tame and tied them both to separate hitching posts. My issue is though, I've used the same rope to tie both of them. Will the first one have become untied when I tied the second, or can one rope tie two animals to two different hitching posts? Also, do I have to keep the rope(s) in my inventory to keep the animals from being untied from their posts or can I put it in a nearby container?

Thanks in advance, a friendly noob.

The hitching post itself has a "rope", you only need to tie it again (with your rope) after u won the taming battles. Doesnt matter if you drop the rope into a container after tieing them on the hitching post.

Going off domestication here. Can animals be corralled with a roundpole fence?
