Destroying Items on your own P-Claim

I have a house which I want to tear down and build a mansion, and another building that's in the way of my gate. They are both on my P-Claim. When I try to destroy them it says I don't have the strength to do that.. I have 25 STR currently.

What can I do to tear them down? Can I set them ablaze with a torch and burn em to the ground?

You must get strong or build the wrecking ball.

get more strenght, equip a pickaxe or build a wrecking ball, or ask some nice neighbour if he comes over and deals with it :)
