Is there any special way to gain energy other than eating? I'm too full and my energy is getting quite low. I'm a noob so I don't have access to meatgrinders or milk, so no sausages or baking.

Nope, just eat :)

If you are a noob, look for rats and frogs. They are great for the early game :)

Rats on a stick, 400 energy, just eat it on a table to not waste too much hunger
