Just a simple question - is it safe to build roadsigns/milestones within one's personal claim (both ends within a claim, but the route itself is outside)? Or is there some risk involved? Is there a possibility someone might port into my claim (I don't know... breaking the route and building a new roadsign in the middle or something - I don't know if such a thing is even possible). Or should I rather place the signs outside of my pali?

Before the latest patch we had a route that ended inside a palisade, and, while the general rule being "palisade stops you from finishing the route", we had a few cases when players finished a route all the way to palisaded milestone and got trapped inside a locked palisade.

Not sure what the situation with teleports through palisades is now, but it's always safer to have your milestone outside your walls. Make sure it's still covered by your claim, since the last patch made it so a claimed milestone protects the whole length of the road, with all the waypoints (i.e. if someone is trying to break your waypoint and finish your road with another milestone - yes, that is possible, - he'll be using Vandalism, losing HHP and leaving scents).
