Security in a formerly breached village

Postby NeoBasilisk » Mon May 30, 2016 12:21 am

Our village was raided, and we lost a lot of stuff, but that's not the point of this post. What I do want to know is how the mechanics with regards to logging off inside a claimed area work.

We had a part of the interior of the village that wasn't covered by banners, because we are lazy and didn't see a need. Now, we realized that someone could probably log off there, so we covered the area with a banner. So, I have two different but related questions.

1. Can someone log off on a village claim they are not part of? Can they log back in at that location at any time?
2. What happens if someone logs off in an unclaimed area, and then a village claim is extended to that area, and then they try to log back in?

1. Yes, but if they do not belong to the claim, when they log in they must spawn at their hearthfire.
2. See above, they must respawn at their hearthfire.

You cannot log into a claim you do not have trespass in, simply.
