Questions about combat system

First of all, want to say that I'm newbie. I was trying to learn combat system and slay some animals, did some training on ants - no any problems (using guides, I got a little info about combat), then I decided to try bats. Unfortunately got knocked out by one of them. Was testing blocks, got jump, sidestep and quick dodge at the same time, but still got damage from bat, and my question is how? P.s. I have 43 ua and 23 Agi.

The only thing he needs is 1 ua, 10 agi and he needs to use his brain.
maybe set all defences outside cave, go inside, hit, leave and repeat? its good to wait before his def expires before u do it, but if u wait to long u will ofc lose aggro and have to do everything again, u can also kill boars this way with 1 ua and 10 agi, but its good to wait for def to expire, especially tusk romp, and u should use cliff to block boars instead of cave entrance (there is possiblity u will get a bit of damage if u stay close to cliff to long so immediately go back after u hit, and set all defenses again to hit again, also cliff should be long enough so the boar wont run around it to reach you) it takes a bit of time but after 2 - 3 mins he should run away

if you have 1 ua the bat will hit you with his special yellow attack and u will go down instantly, if you go in and out of cave he can hit u too its pretty random if he manages to attack or not even if you do it super fast

use jump hit and quickly leave lol, i did kill a bat with 1 ua, also taking 2 or 3 shp trough defence isnt end of the world, and if he hits u before map loads use icon of cave entrance on minimap. Will i get ko instantly? ok go let a bat hit u on alt without any defences and armor and see if he deals 100 shp damage, damn, i thought most of people know about this
