Why wont My Normal Health Bar go Up

So my orange health bar is all the way to the top but i got attacked by a ant and my red one droped and i have 1 health and it won't go up so how exactly do i get it to go up?

You need to eat food until your energy bar is above 8000% and becomes green, then you'll start to heal

This probably needs to adjusted a bit for new players. Vets were abusing the full energy of a new character to make throw-away labor alts. I don't think it's the first time it has come up, but I'll put a bug in their ear.
