Good Foods?

My intelligence is pretty bad right now, 11 and I'm fairly far in the game (yeomanry and a large claim). All the food I've been finding give extremely little to no Intelligence. Getting LP is hellish, because I have no space to study different things. Any good food for intelligence?

In early game I suggest blueberries and fishing. Some fishes ( Such as perch ) give intelligence.

If you want to get int quickly - blueberry pies, tuber mash, variety food (there will be pretty high chance to get per / cha fep too, but its still good for int)
If you can wait but want to fep easier - jorbonzola cheese
