Exp points.

How it works? I don't get any of points already two days, and its bad because my exp points goes to 0. And I am active player.

Learn what actions can bring you Exp.points. Learn the "cooldowns" for rare experiences (for example, right-clicking a Willow can give you 500 Exp. roughly once in 2 RL days). Differentiate between activities.

Pick up a table. Put it down.
Walk/run through the grass biome.
Try to greet a dawn in the mountains.
Enter cave.
Light a fireplace.
Enter a cellar.
Open a lit ore smelter.
Dig.
Plant a crop.
Get your inventory full and harvest a dreamcatcher, then drop harvested dream on the ground.

Besides of those fairly easy experiences, there are a lot of Exp to be gained from wandering and finding localized resources or just seeing animals.

I do all this, but not get points.

I've encountered the lack of experience problem while burning through my exp with ivory and mirkwood. The only other advice I can tell you - give it a rest for a few hours. Log off, play on your alt or something. Sometimes experiences just don't happen. They will, after some time (usually all at once).

Here's a comprehensive list: http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Experience_Points

From what I can tell, a character can get "stuck" on the expected actions. I have some theories about how it functions, but no real way of testing, just basing it off a few comments I've read and past designs in the game.

i had been on this page before, but i noticed an "xp event" that is called "Omen of Ruin". Does this mean that the world will end soon (i had not played last world and the wiki page is unclear, but i do think i does just wanted to verify my conclusion), and if so, when does this appear before the world is cleared?

The world isn't ending any time soon (barring critical failure on the server). Last world was the first time they had an end-world event. Mostly it's been the devs announcing the need for a reset a few days beforehand and everyone having a big party or big brawl depending on where you were... sometimes both.
