0 soak value

Hello!

I just found a very beautiful place to live, which someone has abandoned, no claims or village.
I was wondering how i get past the brickwall, if i claim part of it, does it remove the soak value? I think i heard something about it.

You have to build siege equipment of some kind to destroy wall. Easiest of them is probably A wrecking ball.
You need total of 121 str to destroy brickwall using wrecking ball.
Assuming you want to deal exactly 1 dmg per hit.
