I can't make bone saw

I have everything required but it does not show up in crafting

Did you actually discovered the items required or did you loot them somewhere like in a container or a trashpile? Also, I'm not sure but I think Carpentry skill might be required.

Yes, carpentry skill is required.
Items you need to discover (by yourself, not looting from containers): Bough and Bone.
