Not getting stats from clothes.

Hello!

I found some items that give me +5 in exploration, perception, farming etc.
But they do not apply to my stats, is this a bug? One of them only applies +1 on one of the stats.

Your bonus stat can't exceed your actual stat. For example: your item has +5 cooking bonus, your cooking skill is 2, so the item gives you only +2 (summary skjill is 2+2=4). If you raise your actual stat, the item will give more. If you have 5 or more cooking skill the item will give the full bonus (+5).
