Picture Edit for H&H

Hey together

after a few tries I got a question:
How can I edit a simple picture that it does not need thousands of lineseed oil - and remove that a BLACK and WHITE picture needs cyan.. purple.. and other colors?
Time ago I saw something here that you can edit it.. but well .. how?^^
