Cheesemaking, what skills?

I was wondering what skills i need before i can learn cheesemaking, i thought it was just animal husbandry and farming. But i am still not able to learn it, any ides?

I'm particularly sure you need baking; possibly winemaking as well.

Or is cheesemaking even a skill anymore? I don't think it is now

Pretty sure it got removed. You just need the discoveries to make the appropriate items, with rennet being the keystone to the industry. http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Rennet (Wiki was down earlier. Looks to be back up)
