Combat delta

Discovered this when fighting on Amber client and seeing a percentage below my deck. What is this? What does this do? How do you get it? How can I work it into combat strategies?

It's caused by difference in agility and it causes difference in cooldowns

I've had it to up/down when I throw an attack out though. I'm sure of it.

It's a percentage that a custom client estimates from your action during combat. I guess in PvP it can change during combat.

I doubt you can somehow "use" it for strategies, 'cause the strategy is pretty basic with delta: 1. have more agility than your opponent to have lesser cooldowns. 2. refer to 1.
