eggs

So I have a large amount of eggs but I cant really use them for baking since I dont have milk and I have been using them for chicken salads and omelettes as well as boiled and fried eggs.Why is there nothing really you can do with eggs?

What ideas do you have in mind for eggs to be used for?

You know you can get milk from aurochs by feeding them a clover right? :)
