Recommended stats to hunt.

My bow is 9/9/9, I can make a better one right now if needed. My Perception is 30 and my Marksman is 15. What stats for arrows?

Hunting is only possible if you block animals so they cant flee. Then kill them with any ranged weapon or with melee. But if you dont know what you're doing I suggest ranged weapons.
