Do bear capes and bear tooth talismans still work?

Since the age of gilding has begun, the realm of stat boosting clothing has changed, I would like to know if it would be a waste or not to make a bear tooth talisman. Does it still give boosted stats or is it just jewelry that can then later be gilded with another item? Thank you.

All jewelry remains unchanged with gilding patch. Bear Tooth talisman still gives you +STR +CHA.

Bear cape had it's bonus lowered, but gives +STR and can be gilded, too.
