Subscribed, What is 130% Character Development rate?

I just subscribed, is the 130% Char development rate a 1.3x LP multiplier for curios? a decrease in the time it takes to study curios? or what? How does it increase my character development?
I like to air dribble.

30% more lp, 30% more feps from food etc

Does it show up in the client somewhere indicating your bonus is active or not? I still got 50 LP from a dandelion

edit: Just kidding, got 1.3x the amount, but the system message still said 50.
