Travel Weariness?

I was exploring when I hit an invisible wall. There were no claims or anything. I didn't get a message either.
Then I thought it could be travel weariness.

So is it a bug, travel weariness, or something else?
If it was travel weariness. How can I fix it?
Keep on keeping on.

Travel Weariness is a debuff you get when you use charter stones to teleport. You can't get it by actually travelling on foot, via horse or boat. As Scoodles said, you're at the end of the world map.

You can remove Travel Weariness by sleeping in a Bed.
