Strength to knock down palisade with Wrecking ball

How much Strength would 1 character need with a wrecking ball to knock down a palisade.

I'm fairly sure, iirc a Wrecking ball has set damage or doesn't use strength, and a Ram uses strength. For how much strength, idk.

A wrecking ball does 40 damage, a palisade has 30 soak. You do 9 more damage with a wrecking ball than you require to damage it at all and thus there is no strength requirement.
