Toga and heraldic cape

Hey guys, even tho i've discovered wool, i'm not able to craft Toga (i followed by what wiki says but it's from legacy the information there :s), what are the recipes now? :s

And heraldic cape? on ringofbrodgar wiki theres no reference to heraldic cape :s

For the toga you need to make wool cloth, not just discover wool. And for the heraldic cape you need string, cloth and a sketch so I guess you need the painting skill and the stuff to make a sketch I guess?
