Treasure pick gave me a bond?

So i picked up a beach treasure and it gave me a board (4Q ftw \o/) and this bound of blood & soil.

So my question is, what do i do with this and what this means? It has a presence of 718/720 :s

Hey Loo, lol, it's a claim bond, someone either threw it or they were raided and it got thrown out or they drowned ... it is useless to you as there is no way of telling where the claim is ... the bond is what you get when you claim land and it then goes into your study in order to take lp to keep it active and updated. :)

imo if you find one you should be able to track/teleport to the claim if you find a bond, I have found a bunch on beaches and such since they don't decay.
