Ysh, I think he was asking if one would get HIV from it. In that case, this would be a troll question in How Do I? and would be against the rules. Bad things happen to posters that troll HDI.

But maybe you read it correctly and was he was asking if they would get holy hell rained down on them by other factions and such for making a new one. Making allies beforehand might be a good idea if that is a concern.

Sometimes it's hard to interpret intention correctly.

Avoid doing that. At its current state, what you will get is a bunxh of spies and betrayers from older factions and once you get something good you and the leggit players will get rekt.
