Pclaim and Localized resources

wiki says "You cannot claim a Localized Resource with a Personal Claim". But I see them in Pclaims all the time. Is that a lie?

Back during the first week of this world you could. After that it was banned but there are still claims up that are from the beginning of the world.

Don't post localized resource positions on forums because now everyone knows where that ice spire is and even if they remove that claim(which they won't btw) you will never get a single ageless ice from it becuase now people will be harvesting from it non-stop.
