Horse trapped inside a house

So, I found a tamed horse in the wilderness and decided to bring it back home and ported back to my HF, which is inside a house (a stone tower). I can't seem to get down the stairs with the horse, so it's stuck in the last room. What can I do now?

Yeah horses can't go down stairs, they can only manage ladders ... ... You will have to remake your hf outside and then port on him again.

where can you find horse?
I mean, do thy thine eyes need some high perception stats? x exploration? or do they randomly pop up?

Your PERC*Exploration rating have no effect whatsoever on your ability to see animals. Neither mammoths, nor horses.

To have a higher chance of finding a wildhorse, explore grassy biomes.

Reason horse can not use door/cave entrance is that horse model has longer bounding box than player model, and player model must be right up against door for using. If you have some client that can show bounding box you will see this. Player and horse width is very similar, so if you are stand sideways next to door on horse such that player bounding box is touches door bounding box, you will be able for using it. The trick is sometimes hassle to get work, but I assume it will work for this stairs as well. Building hearthfires is maybe easier any way.

Just in case you found it penned into dryflat valley with branch piles, it was dumped there as alternative to butchering/letting it starve on a forest terrain. If by chance you found that horse, you're free to keep it.
