Did they ever implement the LP bonus with pearl necklaces?

Doesnt say it gives bonus LP and the only thread I could find on them was from back in Feb. So I wanted to see if it was fixed before I try to go out of my way to make one.

Yeah, the major factions use them regularly, AFAIK.
