For breeding? Yes, for all animals. Only Breeding q matters for the outcome of the offspring.

Tbh i'm not so sure about this. I didn't deal with cattle in hafen but according to the stats i got breeding turned out to be not very effective. For example the cows/bulls with good breeding produced cows with bad milk anyway. If you want your cows only for milk, then you may want to choose another strategy.

No, keep the first one because of the milk quantity, quality doesnt matter if you have good q wood, even with q10 wood it would matter a little bit, wood is what makes cheese have good q

Please help me to choose bull here. I'm so confused. Considering the APXEOLOG's point, that breeding quality doesn't play much role.
Basically I want hide and milk from cattle.
