How to calculate it?
Do smithy hammer and anvil affect it?

I will guess metal, wood, hammer, and anvil qualities are affecting it and it is softcapped by skills. The 1 metal I think is worth as much as the 3 wood probably. This is how these formula seem to work in general.

I have become victory of very nice Jordan Coles Contest! Enjoy my winning submit here if it pleasures you.

I'd like to know the formula

If it's not on the wiki, then nobody has likely calculated it (haven't dug through the forums for it). It would be good to know material values to make a stab at the formula. In general, it's the average of each part, and the smithy hammer and anvil account for half the weight usually (1/4 each).

In the past it has never had an effect on any items in crafting or harvesting, so nobody really has bothered.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

A recent update has made quality matter for amount of stamina drained while harvesting.

Tried to figure it out but I'm terrible at math, maybe you or someone else can take the information I've gathered and determine a formula.

Scythe 1 - Anvil Q: 158.8 Hammer Q: 158.6 Bar Q: 75.83 Block Q: 10 = 93.58 quality scythe

Scythe 2 - Same as above except for Blocks being 29.8 Q = 99.15 quality scythe

The formula I was attempting to try was (Iron q * 2) + Block q + Hammer q + Anvil q / 5 but it's not quite right.

It would be impossible for me to have soft capped these numbers in any way so you don't need to consider that. Even if no one can or does figure it out I think it's quite evident the blocks matter very little.

thanks man, it proves the standard formula is working here
