Horse Taming?

At my base I have a horse tied up to a post, and I know you can ride a horse by feeding it clovers. Is it possible to tame it so you can ride one whenever, or is that not possible?

Yes, you can tame it. Once tamed, it acts like any normal tamed animal (i.e. you have to feed it w/ a feed trough or give it enough grass pasture to eat from.)

Will the horses then be breedable like other livestock?
