Can't make fried egg

I have discovered eggs, made a frying pan and cooked eggs in other dishes but I can't make fried eggs.

Never mind, I went to the chicken pen and picked up an egg and the game said I had just discovered it. Not sure how that happened since I could make omelettes before, so I must have previously discovered eggs.
