ahhh yes i have a concussion, thank you. I believe concussions heal so its good to know it isn't permanent.

fyi there aren't any permanent wounds, most of em just dont heal by themselves
also there aren't any serious wounds (even gore, cause we have healing roots)

Ah, yes by "permanent" i meant wounds that don't heal by themselves as i don't have the items to treat it yet, sorry

I think there should be wounds that prevent you from using one of your hand, (You cant have anything equipped on hand slot).
Like if someone chops your hand offf.

It would not be healable. It would be permanent.
If you get your hand chopped its goodbye to shield-sword combos and b12's
