Gilding and attributes

Postby Shyruban » Wed Aug 10, 2016 12:42 am

I just figured out that gilding have more success and all if they are applied to pieces of clothing with the proper attributes.
The thing is, how does one find out what the affinity attributes of each piece of clothing according to their material are?
Or is there a complete list of that anywhere?

The attributes are listed (by their icons) in the tooltips of the items.

I think he means something like "1. Nettle shirt - Survival. 2. Linen Shirt - Sewing. 3. Wool Shirt - Farming" etc etc.
@Shyruban - There was some kind of list here on forum. Try the Search function.

Yes, and that's what I meant:

One can perhaps argue that it's not terribly visible, but nevertheless there it is.

Yeah, gee, thanks. So, is there a list of ALL the avaliable items with their affinities somewhere on that nettle shirt too? Because I'm pretty sure that's what the OP dude wants.

This is actually something that I've been trying to figure out as well.

I don't understand when you put a Taproot Lacing on a nettle piece of gear, it says "2% Chance" or whatever but I've never had one fail. What's the "Chance" thing?

I think the chance percentage is to get a second guilding slot?
