Can't find high quality water!

I have spent hours going up and down rivers all over the place and cannot find anything higher than Q37 water! Is it very rare to find higher or am I just totally unlucky? :(

Do you have higher than 37 survival?

Use the waterways to triangulate the quality node. If it appears that it is going inland, build a well about where the center appears to be. From my experience in previous worlds, nodes are always (almost?) circular.

But yeah...

It shouldn't be too difficult to find something q40-50+ and if you check out some headwaters you can probably find a few that give q50-60+ or higher

Of course, if you want something really good I think you'll have the best luck searching in the new grids, a lot of the resources on the older part of map have already been checked out or claimed.
