Kind of.
You need a toad, toadstool, and frog's crown to make an Enthroned Toad, which is basically the same thing as legacy, but with different name.

Enthroned toad was is legacy too. The Prince charming could be crafted by the use of a shocked frog (something like a ruby dragonfly to frogs). No shocked frogs yet in hafen
