Fox Hat no Int?

I'm missing something or my fox hat doesn't give any INT? QL 18
Why Bear cape give STR like earlier and now fox hat doesnt?

its part of the Gilding change, need foil smoke, ect... to give the moment, my fox hat has a leather patch on it right now.

But ya I have plenty of Int just from eating tons of blueberries and squirrels lol.
