This is very good even for those in the beginning echelons of the game!

Giving it another cursory glance via ctrl+f, you forgot some of the best intelligence foods the wild has to offer: Elk Dogs!

The fuller you are, the faster the hunger meter drains out. It's a fixed rate for each level. The fullest level will completely drain out in about 1-2 hours (don't recall without looking it up). It takes several days for the meter to drain at the hungriest.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Wanted to ask, you mention rotating your Symbel, is there a method to this? Like does the top row take wear first? A random slot?

Is there a specific way to rotate? I didn't notice my stuff taking wear until just recently

Since the satiations are getting multiplied, having even one of them at a very low level will stop you from gaining any FEPs from associated food (1*1*1*0.15 = 0,15. Your food will only be 15% effective).

1. Reset your satiations.
That’s why it’s a good idea to have a couple of «buffer satiations», rare and useless ones lowered down to 49%, allowing you to reset your important satiations easier.

I haven't understood if Satiations affect all type of foods or only the type that they belong?
for example: if i have only 80% with fish, while i'm eating something with meat my FEP are still affected ( cause you said they are all multiplied) or i'll have 100%, cause it's a different food? You wrote associated food, too...so i guess i'll have 100% with meat and only 80% with fish, is it right? THX

I merely meant replacing your worn out symbel with fresh ones. Will edit the post to clear the confusion.

Every food item is linked with 3-4 different satiations.
In amber client, those satiation are highlighted when you mouse over food.
Only those highlighted satiations will affect the FEPs from this individual piece of food (they get multipied between them, and the result is multiplied into the total formula).

So yes, if you have four satiations linked to meat at 100%, you'll get 100% fep.
However if you have 80% in fish, all of the meals associated with fish will be less effective.

I really hope this helps (:

Hope this guide helps to solve some of the questions.
I'm also contemplating making a bunch of short industry guides with all the tricks listed.
What are you guys interested in the first place?

I might start with forestry, farming and critting.

Mmmmm...so satiations in the food description and highlighted with the default client are not the only satiation involved?
For example, Blueberries, for me, has only FORAGE involved....are there others?

I don't use custom client...in my mind it ruins the fun of this game.....

Will check the berries, but the logic suggests them to be affected at least by the Berries satiation.
Some of the satiations might be hidden for you, if you havent lowered or raised them yet.
