Bone saw (needed Discovery)

Can't get the recipe for a Bone Saw. I've already butchered a hundred of animals, but it doesn't appeared in a craft menu. Anybody with the same problem?
Upd: The same problems with a Fishing Pole. 'Fishing' is learned, but still can't craft it.

WTF with my game?

Take bough from a tree
Fishing pole requires a bit more. At leat bone, bough and spindy taproot (which is foraging so requires some exploration)
