When i send a pm, it sits in my outbox, and does not move to sent item.

Does this mean it was not sent?

or does it move to sent when it gets read?

Also note you can edit PM before it is read while it is in outbox. But after they read it, you can not edit it.

I am pretty sure deleting a message from the outbox doesn't prevent it from being delivered. Anyone confirm this?
