Outlaw's Hearthfire in Covered Dungeon?

Postby Daktoria » Wed Aug 31, 2016 2:34 pm

If someone committed a crime, but moved one's hearthfire into a house's dungeon and put a cupboard over the dungeon door, how would a ranger get to it without committing a crime oneself?
