tricking someone into leaveing scent

someone is bothering me and being sneaky how to get their scent? thay try to avoid crime and ruining stuff for me any advise

Thats literally the only way unless somethings bashed on your claim, go hard or go crying.

lol damn it, i have no life (on far too much) i will see them in act eventually, i cant force kin but can i force scent from them? doupt it guess i will have to unlock rage huh lol

Are you willing to leave a scent yourself? For example, create a claim you don't have access to or remove access on one you already have from the character with theft. You'll be stealing from your own claim so do it somewhere where no one else can get the scent if possible, then steal a valuable item and leave that item outside in unclaimed territory. If the person takes the item and takes it back to their home you can track it to their village.

Sometimes you can also trick people in to leaving scents by giving trespass and theft access on a village or personal claim to white colour and this might cause them to leave a vandal scent if they have crim acts on while they are checking it out.

If you do the theft scent thing just make sure the item isn't something that could be built in to a structure like clay or crafted in to something I'm fairly certain you'll no longer be able to track it at that point.
