How Do You Enter Claimed Buildings?

Postby Daktoria » Mon Sep 05, 2016 4:01 am

I have trespassing and theft, but I can't enter a building since it says it belongs to someone. How do I enter it while CA are on?

Also, the game says that I'm a visitor. I don't know why though.

You passed through a gate. You have visitor debuff and cannot perform CAs. You would need to get in without passing through a gate open or otherwise.

Ah OK.

The door just fell down, so I figured it was abandoned.

You have to enter through a gap between wall sections. Passing through gate tags you with Visitor (de)buff that persists until you exit the claim.*

*I'm not 100% sure about that but exiting a claim completely is most fool-proof way of getting rid of visitor.

Yes exactly, walking off of the claim removes visitor whether or not you've actually left the walls so leaving unclaimed spaces within your walls is a huge security risk if you also plan to leave your gates open.
