How Do You Clear Peppercorn/Grape Trellis?

When I harvest peas and cucumbers, the trellis are left bare, but grape and peppercorn trellis aren't.

Have to break the trelis.

it's hard but you can try to click "destroy" command and target the plant, not the trelly. It's possible to remove the plant w/o destroy the trelly

Peppercorn, grapes, and hops take longer to grow before the first harvest, but can then be harvested every few days. This is why the plants don't go away.

I have found that using the destroy icon on the plant will dig up said plant leaving the trellis unharmed, when using the destroy icon, hover the bottom point, (this is the lower point of the pick axe head, not the end of the handle) of the pick axe icon on any part of the plant, (best area the part above the trellis). doing this has never failed me in uprooting/digging up the unwanted plant and allowing me to replant the trellis with a crop I do want there.
