or enough str to mine the wall, 4 sure won't need much str to mine the wall, maybe your pick is low quality idk
if u can't get to the tile u want to mine idk, centralize character?

Pretty sure that you can't destroy pali by hand anymore. They changed it with the removal of stat caps.

^^ Yes, that is correct, you'll just have to find another way in Viz or build a mineshaft and mine into it.
