How to get inside a territory with a palisade?

When you lost the key and the claim is still active.
This happened to my father and just wondering if he can get inside the territory.

Is this your claim? Or have you got permission for vandal actions? Or you can't even step on claimed land?
Anyway, it's possible but pretty annoying.

Good for getting in, but if the person who owns the claim lost the master key, they will then be stuck inside.

Best solution: build a Wrecking Ball, knock the gate down, rebuild. Put the master key somewhere safe (make an alt just to hold the master key) and make a slave key for anyone that wants to use the gate. Do note the proper placement of it. Failure to do so may cause you to have to break it down and rebuild, then wait another 24 hours to use it.

My father died and lost his master key with him (didn't know that you could make copies at the time) and his character is inside the territory.
Now he has a base next to that one and he wants to get inside the old territory as well.

Any Idea how much time do you need to destroy the gate with a wrecking ball?

3 days ingame time i forget the timeing but i think day and a half real time but im prob wrong on timing

If 3 days ingame it means 24 hours real time. Game runs 3 times slower.

If it's his claim, he has the access to it and can do vandal actions, it means it will only take some minutes. What i mean is make a wrecking ball, put it next to the walls (check by right clicking if it has option "wreck" if not you have to rotate it 180 degrees and place it again), wait 24 real time hours and then use action wreck to get rid of that wall. If you have no privilages on the claim, you need to buy vandal skill, take down personal claims shield (which takes a bit of time) and then you are able to destroy the wall. Other solution is waiting. After couple of weeks, personal claim (if not kept in study) will become inactive and walls are going to decay.

Lift the Wball.
Then right-click on it, you'll enter a placing mode. Rotate it using shift, place is precisely using control.
