Spirited Mandrake Root ???

A while back I had found a Spirited Mandrake Root , the wiki says that once it decays it turns into a permanent Mandrake Root that won't decay.
Is this still true? Because mine is gone from the chest I had put it in.

Yes, I read that too but they do decay the same as the normal ones unfortunately, which is disappointing when you are not expecting it.

Yeah I can't remember any of this item staying for a longer while. If you need mandrake roots, find bodies, and make graveyard, they are going to start spawning near buried bodies.

I've never even seen a body I live out in the boonies, not enough action here for bodies

Just make an fresh char and swim a little bit with it, then take it to the ground using boats. Mandrake won't have high ql from such bodies, but still if you need them worth trying.
