I cant level this, any ideas. Tried to do it manually (Leave dirt at the ground)
Worked for all the other spots, not with this one though...
Any ideas?

Is that perhaps acre clay and not just dirt? They're rather visually similar.
If it is, try paving over it, and then stomping it to dirt. I think that turns it into dirt.

If it's acre clay you can use acre clay to level it, works same like with dirt, but you have to use acre clay. Does paving and stomping really turns it into dirt? If yes I guess after digging you will get one piece of soil and then there will be acre clay, if now, what ql soil has? 10?

If it's dirt, you get dirt. If it's clay, you get clay. There isn't a layer system here other than for caves. Illogical, sure, but I'd hate to see how something like that would be coded and stored on the server.

I assume, the main question was - what q will the new soil be after paving/stomping - the q of old clay, or the q of nearest soil, or base 10?

This is just a best guess answer, but logic would say that it would be the same-ish as the dirt node (since the tile is now dirt).
