What Defenses Against Boar

So I have Jump, Shield Up, Quick Dodge, Side Step, Watch Its Moves and Yeild Ground, and what I am wondering is what defenses are best against a Boar? What kind of attacks does a boar tend to put out?

Boar uses all kinds of attacks, so blue, green, yellow and when he has more ip, red ones. Depends how you want to fight and with what you want to fight. Basically get 4 defenses of different colours and left hook if u want to fight using UAC. If you have sword and shield, then you need to get shield up, parry, and thats all you need for all animals, monsters and players (speaking about defenses).

Hrm, guess I gotta learn parry then. Just gonna keep dumping points into UA and MC and guilding my equipment so I can be the very best, like noone ever was...

You can use shield up and ua defence of the color that shield up is missing ( dont remember which one,didnt fight for long ;< )

I just kinda... spam blocks. Tends to work pretty well. What I am wondering now though is when do blocks stop being ineffective? I have 35 AGI, 35 UA and 21 MC but Boars are still able to plough through 1.5 to 2 of my defenses per attack. Kinda opens me up to taking lots of hits.

Get your Agi to 50 and you MC and UA to 50.

And right after I posted that I remembered you can't use generic intestines for rennet anymore. Thing is I don't need more Perc - already at 29, 37 with my Spectacles. But Fsh Pies seem to grant the most Int. FEP, and I have... way too many eggs at this point that I need to do something with them.

Go you mean that your perc is way ahead of your other stats? Because although 37 is indeed my favourite number (as my nickname suggests), it's still quite far from enough.
