The wiki has been updated with locations but no times as yet, there are some further stages on there Azrid if you want to add them here. :)

Man I was kinda excited for sheep cheeses up before now... this is disappointing. Sad there isn't a pure Int one like there is for cow cheeses.

I would assume there are third and fourth stage cheeses that are not documented yet.
