No. There just aren't enough players for more than one server. Seatribe's one experience with this was during the development of Salem when it was expected several thousand of players would be active at any one time and the tech needed to be tested properly.
There is a test server going temporarily, but this is primarily to make sure the new coordinate system is working correctly. Otherwise this game is labelled as "alpha grade," so there's no need for the usual public testing. (I expect that it's just a matter of weeks before that one comes down and the changes get pushed to the regular server.)
